Yes, there are finance houses willing to offer loans on terms
up to 15 years. These loans qualify for mortgage tax relief in the same was as
traditional house mortgages

| 12. Will I have to pay the Poll Tax or its replacement? |
Yes - prividing the home is your sole or main residence.

| 13. What rights will I have? |
If the Park Home you own is your sole and main residence, then
you are protected by the Mobile Homes Act 1983.

| 14. How long can I keep my home on a park? |
In most cases, in perpituity, unless you or the park owner seek
to bring the agreement to an end. The park owner can only bring the agreement
to an end by application to the court or an arbitrator.

| 15. Can I take my pets onto the park? |
Some parks do allow domestic pets but be sure to check when you
first enquire at the park.

| 16. Are Park Homes only for retired people? |
No. Park homes are built with one, two or three bedrooms and
are suitable for family living. However check with your chosen park as it may
well be for retired folk only.

| 17. Can I get insurance for my Park Home and its contents? |
Yes. Many companies offer policies suitable for Park Homes.

| 18. What about maintenance? |
Most of today's Park Homes are low maintenance although as with
any property there will be some routine jobs to do to maintain your investment..

Apart from your light, heat, and water, you will have to pay
your personal community charge (poll tax), and an annual park fee to the park
owner.
