A purpose built residential accommodation unit, often of timber frame construction
and delivered to the park by lorry.

The home is always capable of being relocated although once sited
it is rare for it to be moved.

| 3. What is the difference between a Park Home and Bungalow? |
Apart from the low cost of a park home, they are manufactured
to a British Standard 3632 and certified by the National Park Homes Council as
conforming to relevant legislaton.

| 4. How big can my park home be? |
The maximum dimensions by law are 60 feet long and 20 feet wide,
giving a maximum living area of 1200 square feet.

| 5. How is it delivered to the park? |
Usually, on a low-loader lorry in two sections.

| 6. How long will my park home last? |
All park homes manufactured by members of the National Park Homes
Council are eligible for a free Gold Shield 10 year warranty and pitched roofs
normally carry a 30 year weather proof guarantee. With routine maintenance your
home will last for many years beyond that.

| 7. What does the parks selling price include? |
When you buy a Park Home on a park you are buying two things:
your home and the right to place it on the park owners land. This right cannot
be taken away.

| 8. How much will my home cost and is it an investment? |
The cost of a park home will, like any property, vary upon geographical
location. The specification and size of the home and the type of park will also
have an effect on the cost. Typically, a park home will always be significantly
less expensive than an equivalent detached bungalow. Prices for park home range
from £20,000 to £90,000.

| 9. Is the accommodation as good as I have heard? |
Yes. The level of luxury provided in today's park home is second
to none.

| 10. How can I buy my Park Home? |
Unless you are going to site your home on private land you will
need to choose the park you want to live on. The park owner will then be pleased
to make the arrangements with the manufacturer on your behalf.
